Catering Masterclass

BROWNEDGE PUPILS ATTEND CATERING MASTERCLASS AT BLACKBURN COLLEGE

Well done to Scarlett and Abbie in Year 9, who recently headed to Blackburn College for a catering masterclass.

Both pupils have entered the 'Young Chef' competition - judged by celebrity chef Nigel Haworth - and have been shortlisted for the regional heats in April! Ahead of this, they were invited to Blackburn for a class where they learned how to make a number of tasty dishes, including a stir fry, chicken chasseur and chicken cacciatore.
