Teacher of Music
(Potential of TLR 2.1 (£3, 017) for an experienced candidate)
We are looking to appoint a passionate teacher of Music who has a determination to make a real difference to the lives of young people and break down learning barriers to ensure pupils excel in this important area of our school curriculum. We are happy to appoint a newly qualified teacher or a more experienced colleague, wishing to work with us. The successful candidate will work within our Expressive Arts Faculty and seek to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to become a valued member of this flagship faculty in our school.
The successful applicant will:-
• be committed, and passionate about learning;
• have the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our
students and share our mission to ‘let your light shine’;
• be committed to contributing towards the extracurricular life of the school;
• be fluent in music technology software packages and with hardware. Additionally, piano
keyboarding skills are also ideal.
• a reflective team player who takes initiative.
• be an active performer that can model musicianship in the classroom.
