War Horse

On the 8th November, in the lead up to Remembrance Day, pupils from Years 7-10 gathered in the hall to watch ‘War Horse’. It was fantastic to see so many pupils engaged and talking about the warfare of World War One, and the impact it had on the British people.
Pupils also wore red as a sign of remembrance for the courage and sacrifice of the soldiers.

A fantastic £355 was raised to buy a ‘there but not there’ soldier for school!
